Ingredients to make Turmeric Banana Smoothie:

  1. 2 units of Banana
  2. ½ dessert spoon of fresh ginger
  3. 1 pinch of Turmeric
  4. 1 pinch of Cinnamon
  5. 1 dessert spoon of honey
  6. 300 milliliters of semi-skimmed milk
  7. 4 ice cubes

How to make Turmeric Banana Smoothie:

  • We gather all the ingredients to make the banana and turmeric smoothie.
  • Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and put them in a blender glass
  • Add the milk, turmeric and cinnamon. We have used 1/3 teaspoon of turmeric and the same amount of cinnamon, but you can put a little less and add little by little to taste.
  • Peel the ginger, cut a piece and add it to the blender glass. Be careful not to add too much ginger because its flavor is very strong. Ginger also helps our digestion and also strengthens our immune system.
  • Now add the honey and beat until there are no lumps. If you do not want to add honey you can also opt for brown sugar or any other sweetener.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the banana and turmeric smoothie and drink it very cold.
