Peppermint Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients to make mint tea to lose weight:

  1. 5 mint leaves
  2. 1 cup of water (240 milliliters)
  3. 1 pill of stevia

How to make mint tea to lose weight:

  • Pour the water into a pot and add the fresh mint leaves. Bring the water to a boil.
  • Tip: If you have peppermint tea bags, add them only when the water has boiled.
  • When it starts to boil, leave it on the fire for 5 minutes. Strain the mint tea, let it steep for 5 minutes and serve it in a cup. If you like, add stevia to make it sweeter.
