Ingredients to make Homemade Liquor, Bonilla:
- 120, colored rose petals
- 15, orange blossoms
- 15 flowers of Galan de noche
- 15 jasmine flowers
- 3 spice cloves
- 30 grams of raisins
- half a vanilla bar
- a liter of pomace brandy
- 1/2 kilo of sugar
- 1/2 liter of water
How to make Homemade Liquor, Bonilla:
- All the ingredients are prepared, except the sugar and water, they are washed and dried with a cloth, they are put in a 2-liter bottle, if possible made of glass and an airtight seal, and it is left to macerate for forty days, shaking it from time to time.
- When that time has passed, we prepare an anibar with sugar and water, dissolving it over low heat, letting it boil for five or six minutes. Once done, we let it cool, mix everything, shake so that everything is mixed well, then filter it, and we bottle it and leave it for 10 days and it is ready to consume.
