Homemade Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make homemade Gazpacho:

  • 4 units of ripe tomato
  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • 1 unit of large onion
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • ½ cup of white wine (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make homemade Gazpacho:

  1. Prelist all the ingredients.
  2. Wash and cut the tomato into four hulls or into four parts as shown in the photo. Reserve in a deep bowl.
  3. Wash the green pepper or paprika and cut it into medium squares as shown in the photo. Reserve in a bowl.
  4. Wash the cucumber and peel it. Cut it into thick slices. Reserve in a bowl.
  5. Wash and remove the first layer of white onion. Cut the onion into medium squares and reserve in a bowl.
  6. In a medium pot, gather all the vegetables that we had reserved. Macerate with a spoon or a hand mixer so that they release their juices. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes macerating.
  7. Add salt, pepper and white wine to the vegetables. Slowly add cold water to the recipe and macerate with the whisk. Pass through an electric mixer or blender so that all the ingredients are incorporated. Put in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Serve this soup quite cold, the homemade gazpacho can be decorated with any aromatic herb.
