Ingredients to make Tabbouleh Stuffed Cabbage Wraps:
- 15 cabbage leaves
- 1 unit of red tomato
- ½ unit of Onion
- 1 lemon unit
- 80 grams of American wheat
- 10 grams of mint
- 10 grams of Parsley
- 40 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Tabbouleh Stuffed Cabbage Wraps:
1.Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of the healthy wraps.
2.Hydrate the American wheat in 80 ml of warm water, wait 15 minutes.
3.Chop the onion, parsley and mint finely, the tomato in small squares without the seeds, stir everything in a bowl with the lemon juice and olive oil.
