- 250 grams of smoked salmon
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- ¼ red onion
- 2 sweet and sour pickles
- 10 grams of fresh parsley
- ½ lemon
- 1 pinch of salt

1.Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
2.To smoke the salmon yourself, in a pan place aluminum foil, on it add 1/2 cup of rice and dehydrated thyme. When the rice starts to burn, place a grill and put the oiled salmon on top, cover, lower the heat and let it smoke for 7 minutes.
