Zucchini Stew Recipe

Ingredients to make Zucchini Stew:

  • 7 Italian squash
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grams of Gaudi cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 loaves soaked in milk

How to make Zucchini Stew:

  1. Wash the squash and cook them whole with skin for 10 min,
  2. let cool then split them and separate the inside of the shell,
  3. put the inside in a saucepan and add soaked bread, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper once it takes consistency turn off and serve with rice or golden potatoes.
