  • 3 courgettes
  • 200 grams of natural crushed tomato or chopped
  • 2 cans of tuna (small)
  • 1 onion

  • 1 dessert spoon of oregano

Wash the courgettes. To make spaghetti it is preferable that they be thin. Remove the ends and peel them leaving some skin if you like, we do not recommend all of it because it is less flexible and will not look as good.
