Zucchini cream recipe

Ingredients to make zucchini cream:

  • 1 kilo of tender zucchini or zapallinis
  • 1 can of half cream
  • a cube of chicken knor zuisa
  • 1 bar of butter
  • 1 can of corn kernels
  • 1 bunch of broccoli

How to make zucchini cream:

  1. Cook the whole zucchini until a fork or knife can be easily pierced, so they should not be overcooked.
  2. Cook the broccoli only the bouquets for about 5 minutes in boiling water.
  3. Then the ends are removed from the zucchini, they are placed in the blender together with the broccoli, the media cream, the chicken cube, the corn kernels and the corn juice, blend until everything is homogeneously integrated.
  4. Then it is transferred to a saucepan where the stick of butter is already melting, it is stirred well and at the first volcano that forms with the boil, it is removed from the heat, it is served on a platter and it is accompanied with normal or baked white or whole wheat bread.
  5. You can add a slice of butter to your dish to make it creamier.
