Zucchini and onion cream recipe

Ingredients to make Zucchini and Onion Cream:

  • 150 grams of Zucchini
  • 1 potato unit
  • ¼ onion unit
  • ½ clove of Garlic
  • 40 milliliters of milk
  • 100 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 1 branch of curly parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Zucchini and Onion Cream:

  1. To prepare this zucchini and onion cream, the first thing we have to do is prepare all the ingredients that we are going to need.
  2. Next, remove part of the shell from the zucchini and cut it into small cubes, and cut the onion in the same way.
  3. Next, in a pot, put the chicken broth, the zucchini, the onion and the garlic, and cover it.
  4. Let cook until the zucchini is very soft and add the chopped potato to take temperature (approximately 20 minutes).
  5. Then we take the preparation to a food processor and blend until we obtain a homogeneous cream of vegetables.
  6. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper if you consider it necessary.
  7. Finally, we serve the zucchini and onion cream, and we put chopped curly parsley as decoration.
