Zucchini and chicken cannelloni recipe

Ingredients to make Zucchini and Chicken Cannelloni:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of curry
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • Cheese to grate

How to make Zucchini and Chicken Cannelloni:

Chop the breast and season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic and half of the curry, and reserve it.

Chop the onion, and fry in the pan. When it turns brown, add the chicken and fry everything, add the cream and the rest of the curry, and once the sauce thickens, let it cool down.

With a peeler we cut slices of zucchini, put plastic wrap on the table and three slices of zucchini together. Fill as seen in the image and roll up the zucchini and chicken cannelloni with the help of plastic wrap. Reserve in the fridge until ready to bake.

Sprinkle the grated cheese and a few drops of cream on top and bake the courgette and chicken cannelloni at 240 degrees for about 10 minutes. And ready to eat!
