  1. 2 courgettes
  2. 1 onion
  3. 3 carrots
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  6. 2 units of light cheeses
  7. 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  8. Water

How to make Zucchini and carrot cream with cheese:

  • Get all the ingredients ready, wash everything very well and chop the vegetables so that the cooking process is faster. In any case, they do not need to be very small pieces, since everything will be crushed once cooked.
