Zucchini and Apple Cream Recipe

  1. 3 courgettes
  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 potato
  4. 3 cheeses
  5. 1 pinch of pepper

  • To start with the zucchini and apple cream recipe, first prepare the ingredients.
  • Peel the courgettes: we leave some strips on the skin. Peel the potatoes and apples. In addition, you can put the two fruits and leave a few pieces to accompany the cream.
