This time we are going to prepare some York ham rolls stuffed with potato and tuna salad, a simple recipe that we can prepare in advance, a cold dish that is very appetizing in summer, perfect to take to the beach, to work… So in itself, it is a fun dish for the little ones, since they are soft and are very good. As you can see, the filling that I have put is a potato salad that I prepared the day before and it was left over, so I turned it around and prepared a completely different recipe with it. Thus, as you can see, it is also a recipe for use, since you can fill the summer cannelloni with whatever you like and make them varied. Keep reading and discover how to make York ham and tuna cannelloni step by step.

Ingredients to make York ham and tuna cannelloni:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 1 can of mayonnaise
  • 12 slices of York ham
  • To accompany
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 jar of Olives
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pot of peppers

How to make York ham and tuna cannelloni:

  1. The first thing to do to start preparing the summer cannelloni is to cook the potatoes and eggs. When these ingredients are ready, we will let them cool.
  2. Once the potatoes are cold, peel them and cut them into small piecesthat we will place in a bowl to continue preparing the filling for the York ham cannelloni.
  3. Immediately afterwards, we remove the shells of the boiled eggsand chop them the same as we did with the potatoes. We also put them in the previous bowl.
  4. We open the cans of tuna, drain them and also put them in the bowl to mix all the ingredients that are in it.
  5. Add the mayonnaiseand mix everything. Once this is done, the filling for the York ham cannelloni will be ready.
  6. Now, we prepare the slices of ham. Put a good spoonful of salad in the center of the slice of ham and roll it up very carefully to form cold rolls.
