Wild Rice with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients to make Wild Rice with Vegetables:

  1. 100 grams of wild rice
  2. 1 unit of red pepper
  3. 1 unit of green pepper
  4. 1 unit of white onion
  5. 1 unit of Carrot
  6. 2 garlic cloves
  7. 30 grams of sunflower oil
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Wild Rice with Vegetables:

  • Before making this stir-fried rice recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a pot add 500 ml of water and, when it is boiling, add the wild rice and a pinch of salt, cook for 1 hour over medium heat. The grain must be al dente, when it is ready drain and reserve.
  • In a wok with oil, add the onion cut into feathers, the peppers and the carrot cut into thin strips, cook over high heat until golden.
  • It is time to add the finely chopped garlic, lower the heat and sauté for 3 more minutes, season with salt and pepper.
