Wild Asparagus in Sauce Recipe

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 2-3 slices of bread
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Sal

How to make Wild Asparagus in Sauce:

Fry the bread and garlic in a saucepan, remove and reserve. In the same oil, fry the onion in small pieces until it starts to become transparent. Add the asparagus in pieces and well washed. Cook everything for 3-4 minutes.
