Whole meal Spaghetti with vegetables recipe

  • 100 grams of cooked broccoli
  • 100 grams of cooked cauliflower
  • 50 grams of Carrot
  • 50 grams of Celery
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 green or yellow zucchini (zucchini)
  • 1 branch of long onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Whole Grain Spaghetti with Vegetables:

  1. To start making our whole wheat spaghetti recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. For this vegetable pasta recipe we have preferred to use whole wheat spaghetti, but you can use any type of pasta you have at home.
  3. Bring a pot with water over high heat; once it boils add our whole wheat pasta with a little salt. Let cook until al denteor at the desired cooking point.
