  • 2 medium onions
  • 500g tomato sauce
  • 350g beef
  • 1 serving of whole grain noodles or spaghetti

  1. Cut the onions, the bell pepper and the meat into cubes, chopping them.
  2. Place the minced meat and vegetables in a wok with a drizzle of olive oil and wait for the meat to seal and the vegetables to brown.
