Ingredients to make Whole Grain Waffles:

  • 1 cup of whole meal flour (150 grams)
  • 1 cup nonfat or nonfat milk
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Whole Grain Waffles:

  1. To start preparing your whole wheat waffles, mix all the ingredients and let the preparation rest for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Cover a waffle mold with spray oil and cook them for 10 minutes in a hot oven, exactly at 200º.
  3. If instead of a silicone waffle pan like the one you see in the picture, you have the exact waffle maker, you should also coat it with cooking spray and add the appropriate preparation so that it covers the holes.
  4.  Do not exceed that limit; otherwise it will tip over the sides. Also, remember that the preparation has baking powder as a leavening agent.
