  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 2 cups of Water (480 milliliters)
  • 40 grams of red paprika
  • 20 grams of long onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the onion and paprika, fry them in a pot with oil over medium heat and after 2 minutes, and add the marinated garlic. Cook for 1 more minute with a little salt.
