  • 250 grams of long onion
  • 1 piece of Cumin
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make White Beans with Pork Ribs:

1.The first step in this recipe is to pre-prepare the ingredients for our navy beans.

2.Finely chop the long onion to make the base stew or sauce for our white beans.

3.Take a pressure or express cooker over medium heat with a little sunflower oil, add the finely chopped long onion and white onion and fry.

4.Once you notice that our onion takes on a transparent color, add the tomato cut into squares along with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Peel the carrots and cut them into medium pieces as shown in the photograph and add to the pot where we have the sauce. The carrot will give the white beans a sweet touch.

6.Add the white beans removing the water where they were soaked. Add cumin and garlic paste to taste.

7.Add 3 or 4 cups of water until the preparation is covered and cover the pot. Let cook for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

8.Meanwhile, cut the ribs into medium pieces and additional salt and pepper to taste. Take this meat to the oven without adding fat so that they cook on their own. Program the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

9.Remove the broth from the cooking of the white beans and blend until the ingredients are integrated.

10.Add the barbecue sauce to the broth of our white beans.

11.To serve our white beans with ribs, add a few pieces of ribs to the bottom of the plate and top with the white beans, add a little barbecue sauce on top if you want.

12.Enjoy this wonderful white bean stew with pork ribs on cold days or any time of the year.
