White beans with mushrooms and clams recipe

Ingredients to make white beans with mushrooms and clams:

  • 300 grams of white beans
  • ½ kilo of fine clams
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 75 grams of ripe tomato
  • 100 grams of onion
  • ½ bay leaf
  • a sprig of parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to make White Beans with Mushrooms and Clams:

1.We put the beans to soak in cold water, overnight.

2.The next morning drain, transfer to a saucepan and add the chopped onion, peeled tomato.

3.Cut the bay leaf, garlic, parsley, paprika and crude oil into small pieces and cover with cold water.

4.When it breaks the boil, lower the heat, and let it cook slowly, making sure that the beans are always covered with water so that they do not loosen the skin.

5.Once tender, season with salt, add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and continue cooking very slowly.

6.Apart we open the clams with a little garlic in a pan, and when they have opened we add a little chopped parsley.

7.Pour over the beans and mushrooms, letting them boil with the clams very slowly for 10 more minutes.

8.Remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for about ten minutes before serving.
