White beans with clams and mushrooms recipe

Ingredients to make white beans with clams and mushrooms:

  • 75 grams of ripe tomato
  • 100 grams of onion

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

How to make White Beans with Clams and Mushrooms:

1.We put the beans to soak in cold water, overnight.

2.The next morning we drain them, put them in a saucepan and add the chopped onion and the peeled tomato.

3.Cut the garlic, parsley, paprika and crude oil into small pieces and cover with cold water.

4.When it breaks the boil, lower the heat and let it cook slowly, adding the mushrooms cut into strips.

5.Trying to ensure that the beans are always covered with water so that they do not loosen the skin.

6.Once the beans are tender, season and continue cooking very slowly.

7.Apart we open the clams with a little garlic in a pan, and when they have opened we add chopped parsley.
