Ingredients to make white beans with artichokes:
- 200g white beans
- 200g artichoke hearts
- 100g onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 bay leaf
- Oil
- Salt
How to make White Beans with Artichokes:
1.We put the beans to soak the night before in cold water without salt.
2.The next day, with the same water we place them in a saucepan.
3.Add the chopped onion, bay leaf and a splash of oil.
4.Cover with water and cook uncovered with gentle heat.
5.In a frying pan, fry the minced garlic, add the quartered artichokes, sauté them and finally add the parsley.
6.When the beans are almost done, add the refried artichokes and let the whole thing come to a boil.
7.Add a little powdered saffron and continue cooking until the beans are soft and tender.
8.Add a little salt and let it rest.
