How to make Watermelon, Apple and Raspberry Smoothie:
- We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the watermelon, apple and raspberry smoothie.
- First of all, we remove the skin of the watermelon, chop it up and put it in a blender glass. If we buy seedless watermelon, better. Otherwise, you can remove the seeds with a tip and get a smoother fruit smoothie.
- Add the washed raspberries to the blender glass. Raspberries are wild fruits originating in Greece that are characterized by their antioxidant power and their content of vitamins A, B and C.
- Next, we add the apple, peeled and cut into pieces. We have used green apple that gives a point of acidity to the natural juice, but you can use any variety that you have at home.
- Tip: Don’t forget to remove the core of the apple!
- Add a little cold water and blend the watermelon, apple and raspberry smoothie until smooth. If the juice is too thick, add a little more water.
