Ingredients to make Warm Scallop Salad:
- Scallops nuts
- Variety of salads to taste
- Parmegiano cut into shavings (with the potato peeler)
- Olive oil
- Sherry Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Warm Scallop Salad:
Clean the salads drain them. Prepare vinaigrette with the oil and vinegar. Brush the scallops with oil, season with salt and pepper, sauté them in a non-stick pan, 1 minute on each side. Put the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with the vinaigrette and stir well. Place the freshly sautéed scallops and the cheese shavings on each salad plate.
