Warm scallop and prawn salad recipe

Ingredients to make warm salad of scallops and prawns:

  • 100 grams of canons
  • 100 grams of black lettuce
  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of spinach leaves
  • 1 unit of Leek
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 100 grams of peeled prawns
  • 8 units of Scallops (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • Balsamic vinegar

How to make Warm Scallop and Prawn Salad:

To make the warm salad, chop the leek, the sliced ​​garlic cloves, the diced onion and season with salt and pepper. Next, fry everything and season with salt and pepper. Then, add the peeled prawns and when they are golden add the white wine, cut the heat and let it cool down.

In a frying pan or griddle, brown the scallops to taste. Once all this is prepared, add the stir-fry to the vegetable mixture and stir carefully.

To assemble the salad, place a timbale on a flat plate and fill it with the mixture. Place the scallops on the sides without lifting the timbale. Season the scallops and remove the timbale. Add balsamic vinegar to taste.
