Warm Green Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Warm Green Bean Salad:

  • 500 grams of green beans
  • 2 cans of roasted peppers
  • 2 cans of prickly pear in oil
  • 1 can of stuffed olives
  • 2 units of Eggs
  • 1 Shallot unit
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • Sage
  • Olive oil
  • Agra Versus Ochoa or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt

How to make Warm Green Bean Salad:

We leave all the ingredients ready to prepare the warm green bean salad. Open the cans and finely chop the peppers, onion, shallot and olives. Take a bowl and add the above ingredients. We mix them well, sprinkle a little sage, add oil to taste, Agra or apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. We let macerate. While the previous ingredients macerate, we prepare the boiled eggs. To do this, we take a pan with water and put it on the fire. Add a dash of vinegar and add the eggs. When it starts to boil, lower the heat without letting it stop bubbling and let it cook for 10 minutes. When they are ready, we put them under the tap with cold water.

Now it is the turn of the green beans. Take a saucepan and add plenty of water and a generous pinch of salt. We put it on the fire and, when it starts to boil, we add the beans without defrosting. When it boils again, lower the heat to half and let it cook for 8 minutes. Drain the beans and mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Cut the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the warm salad. And ready! You already have your warm green bean salad ready to eat.
