Simple to prepare and perfect to surprise someone. This warm salad is without a doubt one of my favorites. Follow the step by step and prepare this exquisite goat cheese salad.
Ingredients to make Warm Goat Cheese Salad:
- 200 grams of mixed lettuce colors
- 1 slice of goat cheese (roll)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 handful of dried fruit
- 1 jet of oil
- 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
How to make Warm Goat Cheese Salad:
The first thing we do is prepare everything we are going to need. Now we can put the lettuce in the salad bowl.
Next, we are going to prepare the vinaigrette. For this we are going to need a hand blender (minimizer of a lifetime). Put the oil, vinegar and nuts in the glass with the teaspoon of honey and salt to taste. Blend well until a more or less homogeneous texture remains.
For the end we leave the goat cheese, since we want to eat it warm. Before putting it in a pan over medium heat, we are going to cover both sides of the roll with a layer of sugar. This way we will get a thin layer of caramel, which gives it a very interesting touch. With between 1 and 2 minutes on each side we will have it ready.
And that’s it! Let it cool down a bit before putting it on top of the warm salad, and pour the vinaigrette at the end.
