Ingredients to make Walnut Crusted Salmon:
- 200 grams of Salmon
- 80 grams of Walnuts
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 pinch of dried thyme
- 1 dessert spoon of Dijon mustard
- 20 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Walnut Crusted Salmon:
- Before making this fish recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- In a plate add the finely chopped walnuts, the thyme and the lemon zest, mix everything very well.
- Season the salmon and sprinkle the Dijon mustard on the opposite side of the skin.
- Arrange the salmon on the side where the mustard was placed in the chopped walnuts, until it is completely covered with these.
- In a refractory pan with oil, place the salmon and take it to the oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
- Finally, serve the salmon in a walnut crust and enjoy, we can accompany it with a few drops of lemon. Apple and celery salad will be an excellent accompaniment.
