  • 200 grams of natural mushrooms
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 milliliters of Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Walnut and Mushroom Pate with Thermomix:

Making this vegan walnut and mushroom pâté is very easy. The first step will be to chop the nuts, for this program the thermomix for 10 seconds at speed 6. Remove from the glass and reserve.

Next, chop the onion and the two cloves of garlic. In this case, program the thermomix for only 3 seconds and repeat the speed at 6. With the onion and garlic already minced, add half the oil to the glass and program for 5 minutes at speed 1 and with a temperature of 100º. Then, add the previously chopped mushrooms and program again for 4 minutes at speed 1 and repeat the temperature at 100º.

The last step will be to season the mixture to taste and add the previously chopped walnuts together with the other part of the oil. Program the thermomix for 15 seconds at speed 6 without temperature and you will be able to enjoy the walnut and mushroom pâté.
