Vinegar White Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Vinegar White Rice:

  • 400 g. of rice
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar (white vinegar)
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sake

How to make Vinegar White Rice:

  1. Boil the rice (if possible steamed). Mix in a cup, vinegar, sugar, sake and salt.
  2. In a bowl, place the rice, still hot, and pour the seasoning over it. Mix well.
  3. Take portions of rice and make long meatballs by flattening them with your hands.
  4. Put in a bowl and cover with the fish fillets (see preparation of the fillets, in the previous recipe: Nigiri Sushi).
  5. Serve accompanied with soy sauce.
