Ingredients to make Vinegar White Rice:
- 400 g. of rice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar (white vinegar)
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon sake
How to make Vinegar White Rice:
- Boil the rice (if possible steamed). Mix in a cup, vinegar, sugar, sake and salt.
- In a bowl, place the rice, still hot, and pour the seasoning over it. Mix well.
- Take portions of rice and make long meatballs by flattening them with your hands.
- Put in a bowl and cover with the fish fillets (see preparation of the fillets, in the previous recipe: Nigiri Sushi).
- Serve accompanied with soy sauce.
