Very easy baked chocolate and cheesecake recipe

Baked cheesecakes are a real delight and the one that we bring you this time in this article is even more so, thanks to that layer of chocolate that we can find both inside and on the base.

It is easy to make, although it will always be better to make it overnight, and let it cool, first, in the oven, so that it does not crack and is well compact. I hope you are encouraged to make this wonderful cake, you will love it both for its flavor and its texture, and it will delight everyone at home. Let’s go with your step by step to know how to make a baked cheese and chocolate cake.

Ingredients to make very easy Baked Chocolate Cheesecake:

  • For the base:
  • 150 grams of chocolate cookies
  • 50 grams of butter
  • For the filling:
  • 200 milliliters of whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 600 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa cream
  • To decorate:
  • 50 milliliters of liquid cream or milk cream
  • 50 grams of chocolate for desserts

How to make Baked Chocolate Cheesecake very easy:

  1. First we are going to make the base of the chocolate cheesecake.
  2. To do this, we are going to crush the chocolate cookies in a food processor until they become cookie powder.
  3. If we don’t have a mincer, we can put them in a plastic bag, close it and crush them with a kitchen roller.
  4. We melted the butter for a few seconds in the microwave and added it to the crushed cookies until we made a paste with them.
  5. Grease a mold about 18 cm in diameter with a little release spray, or with a little melted butter.
  6.  Pour the cookie dough and crush it by hand until the entire base of the mold is covered. We booked.
  7. Now we go with the filling of the baked chocolate cheesecake.
  8. We preheat the oven to 210 ºC, we mount the cream or cream of milk with some electric rods and we reserve.
  9. In a large bowl we put the sugar together with the eggs and the yolk, the teaspoon of liquid vanilla and beat (we can use the same rods with which we have assembled the cream).
  10. We incorporate the cream cheese, preferably at room temperature, and integrate.
  11. This time we will not use electric beaters, but we will mix it with a manual whisk or with a spatula making enveloping movements.
  12. Once the dough is smooth, add the whipped cream and mix with a spatula gently but integrating it well.
  13. In another smaller bowl, to be able to make the cheese and chocolate cake, we put the cocoa and hazelnut cream and add a quarter of the cheese cream.
  14. Mix well until everything is integrated.
  15. Pour the white cream cheese into the mold that we had reserved with the biscuit base.
  16. Then, spoon the cream of cocoa mixed with cheese on top. In this way, our baked chocolate and cheese cake will have a marbled effect.
  17. We can leave it like this or enhance the effect with the help of a toothpick. Once this is done, we bake with heat up and down for 10 minutes at 210 ºC.
  18.  Then, we lower the heat to 120 ºC (150 ºC without a fan) for 50 minutes. In total, the chocolate and cheese cake will need 1 hour to cook.
  19. Let it cool in the oven and, once cool, put it in the fridge to refrigerate it for at least 12 hours.
  20. If, in addition, you want to make a small decoration, melt 50 g of chopped chocolate in 50 ml of hot liquid cream and stir until the chocolate melts.
  21.  Let cool and decorate the surface of the cake with this chocolate. I have made a kind of spiral with the pastry bag.
