Ingredients to make Veracruz enchiladas:

  • 1kg of dough for tortillas
  • 10 jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2kg of fresh cheese
  • 1/2kg meat to serve
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 4 tomato

How to make Veracruz enchiladas:

We already have the dough and we make a tortilla since the tortilla is cooked we put the meat in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up as if it were a flute since we have the tortillas rolled up we weigh with the preparation of the sauce, we put the chilies in the blender and the tomatoes we liquefy them and in a frying pan.

Put enough oil to fry the sauce in another pan, put the tacos with the cut lettuce on top of the lettuce, put the cheese and spread the sauce on top of the cheese, cover it and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes and ready to eat.
