Venezuelan Beans Recipe

Beans are famous black grains in Venezuela. They are usually consumed accompanied with areas, white rice or the typical Creole pavilion, which is one of the most famous and traditional dishes of this country. Black beans are an excellent source of protein and fiber, so follow this easy recipe and discover how to prepare Venezuelan beans.

Ingredients to make Venezuelan Beans:

  • 300 grams of Beans
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 4 tablespoons of Papillion (panel)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of Cumin
  • 30 milliliters of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Venezuelan Beans:

1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.Leave the beans soaking from the night before, in a pressure cooker with plenty of water. On the day of preparation, cook the beans for an hour and a half with a little onion and salt.

3.Separately, in a frying pan with oil, fry the onion, the pepper and the garlic, finally cut. When everything is soft, add the grated paper and mix everything very well, season with salt and pepper.

4.When the beans are ready, remove a little of the water if necessary and add the sauce made previously. Cook over medium heat until thickened, rectify flavor with salt, pepper and cumin powder.

5.Finely serve the Venezuelan beans and enjoy. Enjoy the Creole pavilion of Caracas accompanying these beans with white rice, shredded meat and some slices of banana.
