Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms make a great starter or appetizer for a light lunch or dinner. In addition, mushrooms can be combined with everything, with meat, fish or vegetables, even with sauces. This time, to prepare these healthy stuffed mushrooms, you will need mushrooms that are a little larger than usual so that you can easily stuff them.   • 12 mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful of grated cheese
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 handful of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms:

To start with the recipe for vegetarian stuffed mushrooms, you must first clean the vegetables and cut the onion, red pepper and green pepper into small pieces. Next, in a frying pan, pour a good jet of oil and add the vegetables, let them poach. Clean the mushrooms with a little water and dry them immediately with kitchen paper. You can also clean with a damp cloth and remove the dirt. You must be careful that they do not acquire too much water. Next, remove the trunk or stems from the mushrooms and chop into small pieces.

Place the dish in the central part of the oven at 200ºC and let them cook until golden brown, about 25 minutes. When they are gratin, remove them from the oven and serve immediately.
