Ingredients to make Vegetarian Rice:

  1. 180 grams of brown rice

  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. 100 grams of Broccoli
  7. 80 grams of Green beans
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  10. 1 unit of chives
  11. 3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Vegetarian Rice:

  • We gather all the ingredients to make this vegetarian rice. For this recipe we have used broccoli and green beans that we had previously cooked. If you use these fresh vegetables, it is necessary to cook them for about 8-10 minutes before adding them to the stir-fry.
  • First, we fry the sliced ​​garlic in a little oil. When it is half golden, add the finely chopped chives.
  • Next, we add the peppers cut into squares and the carrots cut in the same way. We cook the ingredients of the vegetarian recipe over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add a little salt and ground black pepper.
  • On the other hand, we cook the brown rice in abundant boiling water with salt. The cooking time depends on the manufacturer’s instructions. Once ready, drain and reserve.
  • It’s time to add the broccoli and green beans to the vegetable stir-fry. Remember that we had already cooked these vegetables previously.
  • Tip: If you like curry, you can add a teaspoon to the sauce and mix well.
