Vegetarian Cheese Pizza Recipe

Pizzas are an original preparation from Italy, they are flat, thin and baked breads that are frequently covered with tomato paste and different ingredients are added to the taste of the diners. As we know, pizzas are a very desirable dish thanks to their great variety and flavors and today we present this recipe for vegetarian pizza with cheese so that you can enjoy this delicious typical Italian dish but designed especially for vegetarians.

Ingredients to make Vegetarian Pizza with Cheese:

  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 6 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of thyme and oregano
  • 45 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 45 grams of mozzarella cheese

How to make Veggie Cheese Pizza:

  1. To make the vegetarian pizza with cheese, the first thing you have to do is prepare all the ingredients, I used gluten-free whole wheat flour but you can also use normal flour
  2. On a flat surface strain the flour and form a volcano with it.
  3. Place the yeast inside and the warm water, around it place the salt and mix all the ingredients very well until obtaining a homogeneous mass, then continue kneading for 10 minutes.
  4. When you have the dough ready, place it in a container with flour and take it to a warm place so that it raises this for 1 hour.
  5. After the hour, stretch the dough with a little flour and place on a baking sheet, add the tomato paste and spread all over the pizza base, then add thyme and oregano to taste.
  6. Cover the vegetarian pizza with all the grated cheese that you like the most, bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until you see that it is well browned and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve and taste this delicious vegetarian pizza with cheesewith a good glass of white wine.
