  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of merken or pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet of ketchup (optional)
  • 1 lemon (optional)

How to make Vegetarian Anticuchos:

To start preparing your vegan anticuchos, wash all the vegetables very well, cut them into medium squares. Corn on the cob is a little more complicated, cut it into thin pieces using a serrated knife. Don’t worry, it’s easy to go through once it’s chopped.

On the other hand, the mushrooms, if they are small, leave them like that. If they are very large, you can cut them in half. To start assembling the anticuchos, stick the ingredients on a toothpick.
