How to make VEGETABLE SOUP WITH SURPRISE:
- Peel the fennels, removing the first layer of leaves and the stem; chop into large pieces and pass through water; clean the leeks by cleaning the soil and cut into rings: scrape the carrots and cut them into large pieces, as well as the perfectly clean celery stalk.
