Ingredients to make Vegetable Skewers:

  • Recipe for 1 skewer
  • 1/4 unit yellow zucchini
  • 1/4 unit red bell pepper
  • 1/4 unit white onion
  • 1 pinch of fine herbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Vegetable Skewers:

  • Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, a pinch of fine herbs, two tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt, mix very well.
  • Cut the pepper, courgette and onion into small slices trying to make them all the same size, place them on the skewer interspersed, season with salt and pepper on all sides. Cover the skewer with the flavored oil with a brush.
  • Take the skewer to a grill, previously heated, cook on all sides for 15 minutes over medium heat, covering it with more oil during cooking.
  • Serve and enjoy, accompany with pieces of grilled chicken.
