How to make savory vegetable tart:

First of all, preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Once you have gathered the ingredients to prepare this savory tart, prepare the vegetables. To do this, chop the pumpkin and onion into squares, grate the carrot and crush the garlic. Next, heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic for approximately 3 minutes. After this time, add the Italian squash, carrot and olives.

Let fry for another 5 minutes. Reserve until cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the spices and the milk. Beat manually with a fork.

To make this savory vegetable tart, I added a pinch of pepper, salt, turmeric, and basil. Combine the reserved vegetables with the previous mixture. Stir well until the sauce is completely covered with the chickpea flour paste.

In a cupcake pan, place the dumplings and add a portion of the mixture filling each of the mini tarts.

Tip: If you want the recipe to be vegan, check the specifications of the dough you are going to buy.
