Summer is when you most want to eat salads and even more so when it comes to fresh dishes like this vegetable salad with tuna.
To make it, we will use canned beans, natural tuna, spinach and a basic dressing, but do not think that these simple ingredients will make the dish boring because nothing is further from reality. This white bean salad with tuna, in addition to being delicious, will leave you like a chef in front of your guests.
Ingredients to make Vegetable Salad with Tuna:
- 570 grams of cooked white beans
- 1 package of spinach sprouts
- 4 cans of natural tuna
- 3 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper mix
- chilies (optional)
How to make vegetable salad with tuna:
Once you have everything on the work table, start by draining and rinsing the pot beans a little. Also drain the cans of tuna. If you prefer to make the beans at home, remember that you will have to soak them the day before and cook them in boiling water until they are soft. Place everything in a bowl, the sprouts, the beans and the tuna, and mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Like all fresh salads, you can make as many variations of ingredients as you like. Those that appear in the list are not exclusive, so do not hesitate to change or add extras to your liking, such as tomato or corn, among others.
