Vegetable salad with prawn’s recipe

In this recipe we propose a delicious vegetable salad with prawns, accompanied by an incredible sauce made from Climate. Although he explains a very original way of presenting the salad, you can always adapt the recipe to your liking and opt for the presentation that you like the most. Let your imagination run wild and get to work with this Climate prawn delicacy!

Ingredients to make Vegetable Salad with Prawns:

  • 2 kilograms of medium or large prawns
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 pinch of lemon and salt to taste
  • 3 Peppers, red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 medium Climate jar
  • 1 bottle of Salsa bottled to your liking
  • 1 cube of shrimp Knorr
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 Serrano peppers

How to make Vegetable Salad with Prawns:

Cook the prawns in water in the traditional way, with onion, tomato, Serrano chili and shrimp Knorr. If you don’t have Knorr, you can use shrimp broth. Cut the peeled cucumber into half-moons, remove the seeds and, in the same way, cut the avocados into long strips. Then, to continue with the preparation of the fresh salad, put these ingredients around a tray or plate, leaving the cucumbers on the outside and the avocados on the inside.

Slice the peppers into thin strips and add them to the tray, forming a circle, closer to the center than the avocados. In this way, the prawn recipe will be beautiful and with a very original presentation.

Cut the raw Serrano peppers into small strips and add them followed by the peppers, so that they are even closer to the center of the tray. Then sprinkle salt and lemon all over the avocado and vegetable salad.

Tip: If you prefer, you can mix all the ingredients of the vegetable salad and serve it as you like.

Prepare a rich juice with Climate and shrimp juice in a liter container, adding lemon, salt and hot sauce. Then serve it in small cups for the guests.

Tip: If you don’t have climate, you can use natural tomato juice.

Place the unpeeled prawns on another tray so that the guests can serve themselves to their liking. To do this, they will be given a plate, fork and spoon so that they can serve themselves prepared vegetable salad, prawns and tastes their palate. Remember to give them their cup with juice prepared so that they bathe the prawns in it. Likewise, do not forget to leave the container with the juice that was left in case you like more.
