  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ spring onion
  • ½ Leek
  • 3 slices of goat cheese
  • 150 milliliters of cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make vegetable quiche for celiacs:

We gather all the ingredients to make the vegetable quiche for celiacs. We make a sauce with the onion cut into pieces and the yellow pepper cut into strips. Let the vegetables poach over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add the leek cut into circles to the sauce and let it cook for a couple more minutes. We salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in plenty of boiling water with a little salt for 8-9 minutes. Drain and set aside to continue preparing the gluten-free quiche.
