Vegetable Pizza Recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable Pizza:

  • For the basis
  • 100 grams of whole meal flour
  • 15 grams of royal yeast
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • for the pizza
  • 40 grams of mushrooms
  • 30 grams of olives
  • 20 grams of spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 200 grams of tomato sauce
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • A pinch of oregano, basil, (to taste)

How to make Vegetable Pizza:

  1. Mix the yeast with the flour and salt.
  2. Mix the flour little by little with the oil and water.
  3. We knead until we obtain a compact paste that does not stick to our fingers.
  4. We leave half an hour resting in a cool place.
  5. Spread out on the baking tray previously greased with oil, leaving it as thin as possible and with a rounded shape.
  6. We cook the base alone in the oven previously heated to 200º C for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pizza base cool down.
  8. Add the tomato sauce and a very small minced garlic clove to the base.
  9. On this sauce we place the rest of the ingredients in a homogeneous and decorative way.
  10. Finally we finished sprinkling the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the entire pizza
  11. If you want you can sprinkle some aromatic herbs such as oregano and basil before the cheese.
  12. Place in the oven at 200º C until the surface of the pizza is gratin (about 20 minutes). We served hot.
