Ingredients to make Vegetable Pizza:
- For the basis
- 100 grams of whole meal flour
- 15 grams of royal yeast
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- for the pizza
- 40 grams of mushrooms
- 30 grams of olives
- 20 grams of spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 200 grams of tomato sauce
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- A pinch of oregano, basil, (to taste)
How to make Vegetable Pizza:
- Mix the yeast with the flour and salt.
- Mix the flour little by little with the oil and water.
- We knead until we obtain a compact paste that does not stick to our fingers.
- We leave half an hour resting in a cool place.
- Spread out on the baking tray previously greased with oil, leaving it as thin as possible and with a rounded shape.
- We cook the base alone in the oven previously heated to 200º C for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the pizza base cool down.
- Add the tomato sauce and a very small minced garlic clove to the base.
- On this sauce we place the rest of the ingredients in a homogeneous and decorative way.
- Finally we finished sprinkling the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the entire pizza
- If you want you can sprinkle some aromatic herbs such as oregano and basil before the cheese.
- Place in the oven at 200º C until the surface of the pizza is gratin (about 20 minutes). We served hot.
