Vegetable Fideua recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable Fideua:

  • 300 grams of angel hair noodles
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of Eggplant
  • 1 zucchini unit
  • 2 units of medium tomatoes
  • 500 cubic centimeters of Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon sweet red paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Vegetable Fideua:

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the vegetable fideuá.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them finely. Do the same with the pepper and garlic.
