Vegetable Fideua recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable Fideua:

  • 300 grams of angel hair noodles
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of Eggplant
  • 1 zucchini unit
  • 2 units of medium tomatoes
  • 500 cubic centimeters of Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon sweet red paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Vegetable Fideua:

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the vegetable fideuá.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them finely. Do the same with the pepper and garlic.
  3. Wash the aborigine and zucchiniand cut them into small pieces
  4. In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil and fry the onion, pepper and garlic.
  5. Add the rest of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and leave over high heat for 5 minutes, or until tender.

  11. Serve the vegetable fideuávery hot and enjoy!
