Ingredients to make Vegetable Cream:
- 6 carrots, peeled and cooked
- 2 stalks of celery, cleaned and cooked
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cooked
- 1 liter of water where the vegetables were cooked
- 1 tablespoon of Maggi Chicken
- 1 can of Nestle Media Cream

How to make Vegetable Cream:
- Blend carrots, celery, peppers, water and Maggi Polo.
- Heat over low heat, remove from heat and add the Nestle Media Cream, serve hot with the croutons.
- You can strain the ingredients after blending so that the cream is smoother.
