Vegetable Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable Cream:

  • 6 carrots, peeled and cooked
  • 2 stalks of celery, cleaned and cooked
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cooked
  • 1 liter of water where the vegetables were cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of Maggi Chicken
  • 1 can of Nestle Media Cream
  • croutons

How to make Vegetable Cream:

  1. Blend carrots, celery, peppers, water and Maggi Polo.
  2. Heat over low heat, remove from heat and add the Nestle Media Cream, serve hot with the croutons.
  3. You can strain the ingredients after blending so that the cream is smoother.
