Vegetable Broth Recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable Broth:

  • 700 ml chicken broth
  • 50 g red paprika
  • 50g red onion
  • 50g carrot
  • 50 g string beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20g coriander
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Vegetable Broth:

  1. List all the ingredients.
  2. In a pot with oil add the paprika and carrot cut into small cubes, with salt and pepper cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and beans, cook for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, the macerated clove of garlic, the coriander sprigs and a few drops of lemon juice, bring to a boil and rectify the flavor with salt.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat, remove the coriander branches.
  6. Serve and sprinkle a little finely chopped coriander, if desired you can strain.
