Vegetable and potato soup recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable and Potato Soup:

  • 150 grams of peas.
  • 200 grams of beans.
  • 5 units of yellow potato.
  • 2 units of medium carrots.
  • 150 grams of celery.
  • 4 slices of green onion or long onion.

How to make Vegetable and Potato Soup:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. In a deep pot, add the finely chopped long or green onion with a little sunflower oil. Leave to fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add 5 cups of water to the pot where we have the onion. Let it boil.
  4. Cut the carrot, celery and green beans as thin as possible. Reserve.
  5. Once the water boils, add the chopped vegetables, the peas and the yellow potato, peeled and cut into medium squares.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  7. Serve with a little cilantro or parsley sprinkled on top. Enjoy.
