Ingredients to make Vegetable and Potato Soup:
- 150 grams of peas.
- 200 grams of beans.
- 5 units of yellow potato.
- 2 units of medium carrots.
- 150 grams of celery.
- 4 slices of green onion or long onion.
How to make Vegetable and Potato Soup:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- In a deep pot, add the finely chopped long or green onion with a little sunflower oil. Leave to fry for a few minutes.
- Add 5 cups of water to the pot where we have the onion. Let it boil.
- Cut the carrot, celery and green beans as thin as possible. Reserve.
- Once the water boils, add the chopped vegetables, the peas and the yellow potato, peeled and cut into medium squares.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Serve with a little cilantro or parsley sprinkled on top. Enjoy.
